What does each chart represent in the Analytics section?

Generic Charts

  1. Conversations over Time –  This chart represents how positive, negative, and neutral sentiments have changed over time across the period for the topics selected as per the filters.
  1. Engagement over Time – This chart shows engagement over Time for the date range selected, depending on the platform, you can view the likes, Shares, Comments and /or Views. 
  1. Moments Analysis – This chart shows a breakdown of various moments detected through the powerful Machine Learning algorithms for the selected filter. 
  1. Moments over Time – This chart represents how moments for presents in the conversations have changed over time across the period for the topics selected as per the filters.
  1. Raw Conversations – This chart shows the raw conversations for the selected period.
  1. Top Keywords in Negative Conversations – This chart gives the top 10 Negative keywords that occurred in the negative conversations for the selected filter.
  1. Top Keywords in Positive Conversations – This chart gives the top 10 Positive keywords that occurred in the positive conversations for the selected filter.
  1. Top Topics – Top Topics are automatically generated based on your filter settings. This is based on Radarr’s advanced clustering algorithm. Top 10 topics along with sentiments are displayed. You can deep-dive into each parent topic to identify the top 10 keywords and phrases driving these topics. Right click on any topic to view the actual conversations behind these topics.
  1. Topicwise Engagement over Time – This chart represents the engagement over time for the different topics that are selected in the filters.
  1. Total Mentions – This chart shows the total number of mentions for the selected filters.
  1. Volume of News – This chart shows the volume of conversations from news sources over time. 
  1. Wordcloud – The Word Cloud gives you the top 100 words that were mentioned within a chosen topic to help you identify trends or patterns. If there is not 100 relevant keywords, the chart will even show less than that of 100. Click on a word to open a second-level Word Cloud, and keep going deeper into a specific trend to garner better insights. To delete an irrelevant word from the Word Cloud, simply right click on the word and click “Exclude Word”. To undo, right click on the deleted word and click “Undo Exclude”. You can check the list of excluded words from the side menu.

Sentiment Analysis

  1. Entitywise Detailed Sentiment Breakup – This chart represents the volume of overall mentions from different entity types for the duration and topics selected as per the filters. Also lists the actual total positive, negative and neutral contribution of mentions from each entity type.
  1. Net Sentiment – This chart shows Net Sentiment, this Score is inspired by the Net Promoter Score methodology in market research which measures consumer satisfaction. For social media conversations, the Net Sentiment Score gives you a better idea of how positive your overall mentions are by computing the difference between positive posts versus negative posts. We compute it on a % between -100% and +100%s.  The higher the number, the more positive the overall sentiment is.
  1. Overall Entity Analysis – This chart shows a breakdown of conversation volume based on the Entity Type.
  1. Overall Sentiment – This chart represents the volume of overall positive, negative, and neutral sentiments for the duration and topics selected as per the filters.
  1. Platformwise Sentiment Analysis – This chart shows the Platform wise percentage breakdown of Positive, Negative, and Neutral conversations matching your filters.
  1. Positive Sentiment Percentage over Time – This chart represents the percentage of positive sentiment over time. There are two average lines for today as well as for the date range selected in the filter.
  1. Sentiment over Time – This chart represents how positive, negative and neutral sentiments have changed over time across the period for the topics selected as per the filters.
  1. Topicwise Sentiment Breakup – This chart represents the volume of overall mentions per topic with actual total positive, negative and neutral contributions of mentions from each topic as well.
  1. Topicwise Stacked Sentiment Breakup – This chart represents the volume of overall mentions per topic with the actual total positive, negative, and neutral contribution of mentions from each topic. Data volumes are shown as a relative percentage, where the total (cumulative) of each stacked bar always equals 100%.
  1. Total Negative Sentiment – This chart shows the total negative sentiment for the selected filters.

Generic Trends

  1. General Trends – This chart shows a sample of total mentions from the country selected for general conversation volume.
  1. General Trends with Topics – This chart shows the general trend line plotted against the volume of conversation of the selected topics in the filter. Note that chart comparison will not apply to other legends.
  1. Leaderboard and Health – This chart shows leaderboard and health data for all sub-topics that you select. If you select Brands as sub-topics, this chart can show how your brand is doing compared to other brands (Share of Voice) in terms of Mentions, Engagement, and Reach.
  1. Volume of Conversations over Time with Average Bands – The upper and lower average bands have been derived based on Radarr’s computation of past data for the chosen topic/s. These represent the upper and lower threshold that topics normally fall under. Any deviations of data beyond these bands should indicate a period of very significant high or low social engagement activity.

Share of Voice

  1. Share of Voice by News Sources – This chart provides Share of Voice for the news topics you have selected in the filters. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.
  1. Share of Voice by Subtopics – This chart provides Share of Voice for the sub-topics you have selected for filters. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.
  1. Volume of Conversations Subtopicwise – This chart shows the share of voice for subtopic-wise breakdown for the selected filters.
  1. Volume of Conversations Topicwise – This chart provides a Share of Voice for the topics you have selected in the filters. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.

Platform Analysis

  1. Platformwise Entity Analysis – This chart shows a breakdown of conversation volume based on Entity Type with respect to each platform.
  1. Platformwise Impact Analysis – This chart shows the breakdown of platforms based on impact score.
  1. Platformwise Media Type Analysis – This chart shows a breakdown of conversation volume based on type of media in the post.
  1. Platformwise Mentions Breakdown – This chart shows a breakdown of platforms based on conversation volumes.
  1. Platformwise Sentiment Analysis – This chart shows the Platform wise percentage breakdown of Positive, Negative and Neutral conversations matching your filters.
  1. Subtopicwise Stacked Platform Breakdown – This chart provides platform wise data count for the subtopics you have selected in the filters. The bars are arranged in descending order of subtopic wise mentions.
  1. Topicwise Stacked Mentions Breakdown – This chart provides platform wise data count for the topics you have selected in the filters.  The bars are arranged in descending order of topic wise mentions.

Audience Insights

  1. Impact over Time – This chart shows how impact values have changed over time across the period for the topics selected as per the filters.
  1. Mentions Map – This chart shows the volume of mentions for the specified location. Note that the mentions depicted in the graph are only displayed for posts where exact latitude and longitude information is available.
  1. Subtopicwise Impact Analysis – This chart shows the sum of the impact score of all the posts present in the subtopics you have selected in the filters.
  1. Subtopicwise Unique Users – This chart provides unique users for the subtopics you have selected in the filters. This indicates how many unique people are talking about the subtopics.
  1. Topicwise Impact Analysis – This chart provides the sum of the impact score for all the posts present for the topics you have selected in the filters.
  1. Topicwise Unique Users – This chart provides unique users for the topics you have selected in the filters. This indicates how many unique people are talking about the topics.
  1. Total Engagement – This chart shows the total engagements for the selected filters.
  1. Total Unique Users – This chart shows the total unique users for the selected filters.
  1. Unique Users over Time – This chart represents the number of unique users over a period of time.

Product Attributes 

  1. Product Attributes Sentiment Analysis – This chart represents the volume of overall mentions per topic with the actual total positive, negative and neutral contribution of mentions from each topic. Data volumes are shown as a relative percentage, where the total (cumulative) of each stacked bar always equals 100%.
  1. Topicwise Product Attributes – This chart provides a Share of Voice for the sub-topics you have selected for each topic in the filter. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.

Emotions Analytics 

  1. Topicwise Emotion Analytics – This chart shows the top emotions found in the conversations for each topic. Top emotions are determined using Radarr’s powerful machine learning algorithm.

Impact Analysis 

  1. Estimated Reach – This chat represents the estimated reach for posts and news for the duration and topics selected as per the filters.
  1. Total Estimated Reach – This chart shows the total estimated reach for the posts present in the selected filters.

Influencers Charts

  1. Top Influencers – This chart shows the top influencers present for the given filters.

Image Analytics

  1. OCR Wordcloud – The OCR Word Cloud gives you the top words or phrases that were mentioned in the image in text form.  We use Optical Character Recognition to detect text in images.  Click on a word to open a second-level Word Cloud, and keep going deeper into a specific trend to garner better insights. To delete an irrelevant word from the Word Cloud, simply right click on the word and click “Exclude Word”. To undo, right click on the deleted word and click “Undo Exclude”. You can check the list of excluded words from the side menu.
  1. Overall Share of Voice for Logos – This chart provides Share of Voice for the logos present in the sub-topics conversations you have selected. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.
  1. Overall Share of Voice for Objects – This chart provides Share of Voice for the Objectives present in the sub-topics conversations you have selected. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.
  1. ​​Overall Share of Voice for Scenes – This chart provides Share of Voice for the Scenes present in the sub-topics conversations you have selected. This chart uses the volume of conversations to determine SOV.
