Why has my account been put on hold?

If your Account is put on hold, you may face the following –

  1. Inability for you and all your other Radarr Account users to login
  2. Inability to collect and view new posts

Your Account Manager will reach out to you prior to your Account having been put on hold and inform you of the steps required to re-activate your account. Please get in touch with your Account Manager if this may be the case.

Radarr Accounts may be paused or put on hold for the following reasons –

  1. Data usage excess beyond defined monthly limits
  2. Continued delay in payments and invoicing for your subscription
